Ethical Leadership

Facilitated by: Randy Smith (CH2M-HILL retired)

Leadership Academy Pillar: ETHICAL

Experienced engineer and businessman, Randy Smith, drew from a wealth of career experiences to illuminate the realities of ethical responsibilities for engineers in an ever more complex world. Students learned more about the kind of ethical decisions you may soon be faced with and techniques to enhance your ability to respond successfully as an ethical leader.

Now retired, Mr. Smith served in a spectrum of roles over the course of his career—most recently as President for Industrial and Advanced Technology at CH2M-HILL.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Oregon State University and an Executive Studies Credential in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
